On arrival at the surgery your details will be entered into our computer system.

Consultation is by appointment. Please let us know if you are bringing in more than one animal so we can book out the appropriate time.

Phone Calls

Mrs Darling and her team are happy to discuss cases by phone. The best time to speak to Mrs Darling would be 0815-0845 or 1230-1330. If Mrs Darling cannot speak to you at the time of the call, you can speak to the qualified nurse or arrange a suitable time for your call to be returned.

Emergencies

Please phone the surgery number where you will be transferred to the vet on duty.

We have 24 hour cover.

Payment

All consultations and treatment should be paid for at the time. You can pay by cash, credit card or cheque with guarantee card. We are happy to quote in advance for treatment.

When animals have serious problems veterinary bills can be high and we do recommend insurance of some sort.
